Vladimir Osipenko

Deputy Director General, Industrial Appliances

Born in Krasnoyarsk in 1983, Vladimir graduated from Krasnoyarsk State University with a degree in International Economic Relations, and four years later, in 2005, he graduated from the Siberian Federal University with a degree in Jurisprudence.

In 2008, he completed a postgraduate course at Krasnoyarsk State University, defending his thesis on “Efficiency evaluation tools for the military-industrial complex plants’ restructuring”, and authoring more than 20 articles.

Vladimir began his career in 2002 at the Commercial Bank Branch SDM-BANK as an economist-programmer, the head of the credit department. Since 2004, he has worked as an expert on economic issues at LLC “Nonscience Technologies”, as the head of the laboratory of economic activities at the Non-profit Institution, The Center for Strategic Research of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, working at the same time as the head of the development and maintenance of projects at the LLC “Agency for commercial organizations restructuring”.

In 2008, he was appointed Advisor to the Chairman of the Krasnoyarsk Territory's Government. Subsequently, he worked as the Deputy Minister of Economy and Regional Development of the Territory, and as the Deputy Minister of Investment and Innovation of the Territory.

In 2011, he was invited to join JSC “Krastsvetmet” as Advisor to the General Director. A year later he was appointed Director for Investment and Development. 

Currently he is the Head of the Industrial Appliances Division at JSC “Krastsvetmet”.
